From my home base in Martinborough, I manage events all over Aotearoa — from big conferences to intimate retreats. Most of the planning is done remotely, but I still hit the road for key meetings, venue checks, and of course, to deliver your event onsite.

From my home office in Martinborough, I take care of all the pre-event details: booking venues, managing suppliers, coordinating logistics, wrangling run sheets, and keeping everyone on track.
Most of the mahi happens remotely via phone, email, video calls, and great systems, but I don’t stay glued to my desk. I still travel for key meetings, venue recces (site visits), and I’m onsite to deliver your event in person, ensuring everything runs just as planned.
Should you want to meet ahead of time, we can absolutely make it happen.
