You get the best of both worlds.

Remote event management means you get expert planning, logistics, and sponsorship support, without needing someone in-house with employee salary or expenses. From my home office in Martinborough, I take care of all the pre-event details: booking venues, managing suppliers, coordinating logistics, wrangling run sheets, and keeping everyone on track.

Most of the mahi happens remotely via phone, email, video calls, and great systems, but I don’t stay glued to my desk. I still travel for key meetings, venue recces (site visits), and I’m onsite to deliver your event in person, ensuring everything runs just as planned.

Should you want to meet ahead of time, we can absolutely make it happen.
