For me that's family and a healthy work-life balance - and I know that finding the right people to support those priorities is a game-changer.
Often it is the people who support you in your business that are key to making those priorities work, and running events is no different.
From receptionist and accounts clerk to EA, Business Manager and marketing support, there are not many day-to-day business tasks I have not tackled whether for corporates in London, Government agencies in Wellington or Not-For-Profits around New Zealand.
